Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to get it deleted. Written in plain language.
Last updated: 11 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data iPartsMall collects when you visit this site or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
1. Who we are
iPartsMall (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells aftermarket replacement screens to customers worldwide. Our warehouse, testing and quality control operations are in Shenzhen, China.
- Email: sales@iPartsMall.com
- WhatsApp: +86 185 9801 9713

2. What we collect
When you place an order
- Name, delivery address, email address and phone number
- Order contents, order value and order history
- Delivery and tracking information
When you contact us
- The content of your emails, WhatsApp messages and quote requests
- Photos or videos you send us about an order, a damaged parcel or a faulty part
When you browse the site
- IP address, browser type, device type and referring page
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)
- Products you view and products left in the cart
Payment
Card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only the outcome of the payment, the amount, and the reference needed to issue a refund.
3. Why we use your data
- To fulfil your order — picking, testing, packing, shipping and tracking your parcel, and handling returns, replacements and refunds.
- To answer you — compatibility questions, wholesale quotes and after-sales support.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting, customs and export records, and consumer law obligations.
- To prevent fraud — including checking that the details of an order are consistent and defending payment disputes.
- To improve the site — understanding which pages and products are useful, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business.
- To send marketing — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe from every message.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to get your order to you and to run the business:
- Payment providers — to take payment and issue refunds.
- Carriers and logistics partners — name, address, phone number and parcel contents, so they can deliver and clear customs.
- IT and hosting providers — our hosting platform, email delivery service and site backup service.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Each of them is given only the data they need, and is required to protect it.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies — to keep your cart and session working, to remember your details during checkout, and to keep the site secure. The site cannot function without these.
- Preference cookies — to remember choices such as currency or language.
- Analytics cookies — to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.
6. International transfers
We sell worldwide, so your data is necessarily processed outside your own country — in China, where our warehouse and support team are, and in the United States and the European Union, where our hosting and payment providers operate. We take steps to keep that data protected to the standard required by the law that applies to you, including the GDPR in Europe and the LGPD in Brazil.
7. How long we keep it
- Order, invoice and customs records: kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (commonly seven years).
- Support conversations and RMA records: kept for up to 24 months after the order, so we can honour warranties and handle disputes.
- Marketing subscription: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Server and security logs: typically 30–90 days.
8. How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted to staff who need it and protected with strong authentication, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need, or to stop processing it
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from marketing)
- Ask for your data in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email sales@iPartsMall.com with enough detail for us to find your records. We answer within 15 days (LGPD, Brazil) and in any case within one month (GDPR, EU/EEA). We may ask you to confirm your identity so we do not disclose your data to someone else. Using these rights is free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
10. Children
This site is intended for repair shops, resellers and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to sites we do not control — for example carrier tracking pages or payment providers. Their privacy policies apply once you leave ours.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on the site or by email to subscribers.
