The exact rate depends on your model mix and the panel grade you choose — a 500-piece mix of budget LCDs and a 500-piece order of flagship OLEDs do not price the same. Send your list and we will quote line by line.

Shipping and packaging
Two shipping lines, both with tracking: standard tracked shipping (typically 7–20 days) and DHL Express (typically 5–10 days). Screens travel in reinforced, foam-lined cartons — the same packaging we use for our own stock, not a padded envelope.
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility; we declare orders accurately and can supply the commercial invoice you need for customs clearance. Full details on the shipping page.

What is your minimum order quantity?
20 pieces. Mixed models count toward the same total, so you can combine iPhone, Samsung, OPPO and Xiaomi screens in a single 20-piece order.
Can I mix different models and grades in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model cartons are allowed and count toward the same quantity tier. We quote each line separately, so you always see exactly what you are paying per model and grade.
Do you offer private label or custom packaging?
Yes — your brand on the carton and on panel labels. Send your requirements together with your order list and we will confirm quantities and artwork before production.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within one business day of receiving your order list. If your list includes models we need to source, those lines may take slightly longer — and we will tell you exactly which ones they are.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, bank transfer and Alibaba.com Pay. Larger orders can be split into a deposit and a balance payment before dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently ship to repair shops, distributors and resellers across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific — more than 60 countries. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if a screen is faulty?
Test the panel before installation (connect the flex cables and power on without removing the protective films) and report any problem within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video. We settle genuine quality issues directly with you rather than pushing them back to your customer. See our refund and returns policy.
Is there a warranty on wholesale orders?
Yes — a warranty applies to every screen we sell, including bulk orders. It covers manufacturing defects; installation damage and issues reported after fitting are outside the warranty. Terms are listed on the refund and returns policy page.
